MB Srinivas obtained his PhD from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, in 1991. He has held various positions at the University of Hyderabad, the Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIIT) in Hyderabad, the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani and the Dubai Campus, before assuming the role of Vice-Chancellor at Aditya University, Andhra Pradesh, India. His research interests are centred around computer arithmetic and deep learning models to detect the early onset of glaucoma. He is currently focusing on developing technologies for environmental sustainability. Dr Srinivas was a recipient of the Microsoft (Redmond) Digital Inclusion award in 2006 and the America India Foundation (AIF)-Stanford Medicine MedTech Innovation award in 2016. He has been an active Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Volunteer for more than 25 years.

Prof. Milan Tuba

Milan Tuba, Professor of Computer Science, Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, Head of the Artificial Intelligence Project at Singidunum University and Visiting Professor at Sinergija University, is included in the Stanford University list of 2% of the most influential scientists in the world in all disciplines every year since the list was established till today (2020-2025). Prof. Tuba was the highest ranked researcher in Serbia for the Computer Science field at AD Scientific Index - World Scientists Rankings. He was Vice Rector for International Relations at Singidunum University, Vice-Rector of Research at Sinergija University, Head of the Department for Mathematical Sciences at State University of Novi Pazar and Dean of the Graduate School of Computer Science at John Naisbitt University. Prof. Tuba is the author or coauthor of around 300 scientific papers (cited more than 8,500 times, h-index 56) and editor, coeditor or member of the editorial board or scientific committee of number of scientific journals, Springer books, congresses and international conferences. He was invited and delivered more than 120 keynote and inaugural lectures at international conferences. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Nature-inspired Optimization Algorithms, Image Processing, Computer Networks. Senior Member IEEE, Senior Member ACM, AMS, SIAM, IFNA, Executive Board of IASEI, Advisory Committee and Fellow of SCRS.

He received B. S. in Mathematics, M. S. in Mathematics, M. S. in Computer Science, M. Ph. in Computer Science, Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Belgrade and New York University. From 1983 to 1994 he was in the U.S.A. at Vanderbilt University in Nashville and Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, New York University and later as Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at Cooper Union School of Engineering, New York. During that time, he was the founder and director of Microprocessor Lab and VLSI Lab, leader of the NSF scientific projects and theses supervisor. He was the mentor of dozens of doctoral and master's dissertations at the Faculty of Mathematics University of Belgrade, Singidunum University, University of Sarajevo, State University of Novi Pazar, John Nesbitt University and University of East Sarajevo. He was teaching more than 20 graduate and undergraduate courses, from VLSI Design and Computer Architecture to Computer Networks, Operating Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Image Processing, Calculus, Probability, Mathematical Statistics and Queuing Theory at numerous universities in Europe and the USA. Prof. Tuba is a member of the National Agency for Accreditation of Universities of the Republic of Serbia.

Eva Tuba

Eva Tuba is Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Trinity University, San Antonio, TX, ERA chair for the AutoML project financed by the EU at Jozef Stefan Institute in Ljubljana, Slovenia and Assistant Professor at Singidunum University, Serbia. She is included in Stanford University list of 2% of the most influential scientists in the world in all disciplines for five years. Prof Tuba is recipient of the 2024 ACM Women Rising Star award. She is the author or coauthor of more than 100 scientific papers (cited more than 4,200 times, h-index 39). Prof. Tuba is a member of the editorial board, scientific or technical committee of a number of scientific journals and international conferences. She is a member of IEEE (and IEEE Young Professionals), ACM (and ACM-W), AMS, SIAM, Fellow SCRS.

Prof. Tuba received B. S. and M. S. degrees from the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade, M. S. from the Graduate School of Computer Science, John Naisbitt University and PhD in Computer Science from Singidunum University. She is a member of the Management Committee and a participant of the EU COST Action Project on Randomised Optimisation Algorithms Research Network. Eva Tuba participated in several Short-Term Scientific Mission and workshops supported by the EU COST Action project on Improving Applicability of Nature-Inspired Optimisation by Joining Theory and Practice at the University of Coimbra, Portugal, University College Dublin, Ireland, University of Malaga, Spain, and Vilnius University, Lithuania. She received a grant for postdoc research at the Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen, China. Prof. Tuba has been teaching several computer science and mathematics courses such as Artificial Intelligence, Digital Image Processing, Computer Graphics, Optimization in AI, Introduction to Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, Object Oriented Programming, Calculus, Linear Algebra, Probability and Statistics, Analytic Geometry, Discrete mathematics, at the Graduate School of Computer Science, John Naisbitt University, Singidunum University and Trinity University. Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Nature-inspired Optimization Algorithms, Image Processing, Computer Networks.

Dr. ROMAN DANEL

Dr. ROMAN DANEL was born in Český Těšín, the Czech Republic. He received P.Eng. degree in Automation and Control Systems in 1989 and Ph.D. degree in Automation of Technological Processes at VŠB – Technical university of Ostrava in 2002. He spent 18 years in commercial practice in the field of IT/ICT and for 4 years ran his own company specializing in SW supplies for industry. From 2009 to 2012 he was an assistant professor at the VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, Institute of Economics and Control Systems, and from 2012 to 2017 he was a head of the Automation department. Since 2012, he is a visiting professor at the WSG - University of Economy Bydgoszcz, Poland. Since 2018 he is an assistant professor at Institute of Technology and Businesses (VŠTE), Faculty of Technology, České Budějovice, Czechia. Since 2019 he also holds lectures at VSB-TU Ostrava, Faculty of Economics, Department of System Engineering and Informatics. Dr. Danel is a member of the Czech Society for System Integration since 2010. His research areas include information systems and automatic control in industry, databases, IoT, operating systems, programming languages and software development.

Dr. Eng. Zdzislaw Polkowski

Dr.Zdzislaw Polkowski is professor of UJW and Rector's Representative for International Cooperation and Erasmus+ Program at the Jan Wyzykowski University Polkowice. Also, he is professor of WSG University Bydgoszcz and Rector's Representative for International Cooperation, Poland. Additionally, he is a visiting professor in University of Pitesti, Romania, Swami Sahajanand School of Management, Bhavnagar, India and adjunct professor, Swami Sahajanand College Of Commerce & Management, Bhavnagar, India. He is the former dean of the Technical Sciences Faculty during the period 2009 -2012 at UZZM in Lubin. He holds a PhD degree in Computer Science and Management from Wroclaw University of Technology, Post Graduate degree in Microcomputer Systems in Management from University of Economics in Wroclaw and Post Graduate degree IT in Education from Economics University in Katowice. Also, he obtained an Engineering degree in Computer Systems in Industry from Technical University of Zielona Gora. He has published more than 159 papers in journals, 35 conference proceedings, including more than 65 papers in journals indexed in the Web of Science, Scopus, IEEE.

Dr. Polkowski is co-editor of 33 books which have been published by Springer, IGI and CRC Press Taylor & Francis. He served as a member of Technical Program Committee and the member of the editorial board in many International conferences, journals in Poland, India, China, Iran, Iraq, Syria, United Kingdom, Romania, Turkey, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Bulgaria. Till now he has delivered over 95 invited talks at different international conferences across various countries. He is also the member of the Board of Studies and expert member of the doctoral research committee in many universities in India. As a Rector's Representative for International Cooperation, he visited many universities in the USA, France, Italy, Serbia, Finland, India, Germany, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Iran, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, China, South Korea, Japan, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Zambia, Rwanda. In 2023 he has been selected by Ministry of Science and Higher Education for Study visit "Leaders in university management under POWER" in University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. His area of interests includes AI, AR, CC, IT in Business, IoT in Business and Education Technology. He has successfully completed an EU research project on “Developing the innovative methodology of teaching Business Informatics” and “Web Technology & Green Internet of Things” funded by the European Commission. He also owns an IT SME consultancy company in Polkowice and Lubin, Poland.
